Shoulder Strap
Protec is taking the precautionary measure of voluntarily recalling a small production run of shoulder straps that are included with various cases and bags.
The recall has been initiated because of the clips on some shoulder straps may potentially pull out.
To determine if your shoulder strap has a faulty clip, check to see if the swivel has excess play and check to see if the clip pulls out.

If you believe you have a defective strap, please submit a replacement strap request on our
