    Protec cases and bags (except for MAX cases and bags) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. MAX cases and bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Only a Warranty card submitted within 30 days of purchase and/or proof of purchase validate warranty.

    Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, transport damage or accidents. Protec will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products. Protec disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage.

    All returns must include a return authorization number, otherwise the return will be refused. Shipping charges to and from Protec are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by submitting a request using our warranty claim form.

    Warranties on other products distributed by Protec are to be handled directly through the manufacturer and is subject to their terms and conditions.

    Please use the warranty form to report any issues which are covered by Protec’s Warranty. Below is an outline of our warranty process:

    1. Fill out the warranty form as completely as possible in order to expedite your claim.

    2. Your claim will be forwarded to the warranty department for review. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received a completed claim form.

    3. Our warranty department will review your claim; depending on the information provided please allow 5-7 business days to process your claim.

    4. Once the review of your claim has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation with final instructions on resolving the warranty issue.
