The R.A. number is valid for 15 days from the time it is issued. Failure to return the product within the 15 days will result in a cancellation of that R.A.; a new R.A. will then need to be issued.

Protec cases and bags (except for MAX cases and bags) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. MAX cases and bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Only a submitted Warranty card within 30 days of purchase and/or proof of purchase (receipt) validate warranty.

Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear. Protec will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products. Protec disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage.

All returns must include a return authorization number, otherwise the return will be refused. Freight charges to and from Protec are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Warranties on other products distributed by Protec are to be handled directly through the manufacturer and is subject to their terms and conditions.
